Common pricing questions
Is there really no per-ticket fee?
Correct. Eventyca is a flat monthly subscription. Whether you sell 50 tickets or 5,000 in a month, your bill doesn't change. We're a tool for running your business, not a ticketing platform taking a cut of your revenue.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes — a card is required to start your 7-day free trial, but you won't be charged until day 7. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You never lose access to your data when switching.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of your paid period. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything before it's removed.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual billing gives you two months free (equivalent to roughly 17% off). Switch to annual billing from Settings → Subscription at any time.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every payment generates a PDF invoice available in Settings → Subscription → Recent Payments. Invoices include VAT details as required by EU regulations.
