Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Eventyca.
Account & Access
Can I have multiple organisations under one account?
Each email address is tied to one organisation. If you manage multiple separate organizer entities, you need a separate account for each. You can stay logged in to different accounts on separate browser tabs or profiles.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Go to Settings → Users and click Invite User. Enter their email, choose their role, and they receive an invitation email. Once they accept, they can log in and access your organisation.
Can I remove a team member without deleting their account?
Yes. Settings → Users → three-dot menu → Remove. They immediately lose access to your organisation. Their account still exists but they see none of your data.
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email and check your inbox for the reset link. The link expires after 24 hours.
Plans & Billing
What's the difference between the plans?
All plans include events, artists, venues, contacts, tasks, and financials. Pro and Agency add email campaigns, audience management, and advanced reports. Starter: 1 user, 20 events/year. Pro: 5 users, unlimited events. Agency: unlimited users and events.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel before then at no cost.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Settings → Subscription → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes. Settings → Subscription → Recent Payments. Each payment has a PDF download link. You can also access all invoices via Manage Billing in the Stripe portal.
Events & Data
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Eventyca runs on Supabase/PostgreSQL with continuous backups and point-in-time recovery. Your data is stored in EU data centres and replicated automatically.
Can I export my data?
CSV export is available on the Events, Contacts, and Audience list pages. Financial reports can be exported from the Reports section. Full data export is available on request — contact support.
What happens to my data if I downgrade my plan?
Your data stays intact. If you exceed a plan limit (e.g. 20 events on Starter), existing events remain visible but creating new ones is blocked until you upgrade or reduce below the limit.
Can I delete events, artists, or contacts?
Yes — items are soft-deleted (archived) rather than permanently removed. This protects you from accidental data loss. Contact support if you need to restore something deleted by mistake.
Artists & Campaigns
Can I send an offer without an agent email?
Yes. If the artist has no agent, the offer PDF is sent to their direct email. If neither email is set, you can still generate the PDF manually and send it yourself.
Does Eventyca guarantee email deliverability?
Eventyca uses Resend for email delivery with high deliverability rates. To maximise deliverability, ensure your sending domain has SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records configured. Inbox delivery ultimately depends on the recipient's spam filters.
What's the difference between Audience and Contacts?
Audience is your mailing list — ticket buyers and fans you send campaigns to. Contacts is your professional CRM — agents, sponsors, press, crew. Campaigns go to audience segments, not contacts.
Is there an unsubscribe link in campaign emails?
Yes. All campaign emails automatically include an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Recipients who click it are removed from future campaign sends.
Technical
What browsers are supported?
Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). Internet Explorer is not supported.
Is there a mobile app?
Not currently. Eventyca works in mobile browsers but is optimised for desktop use. A dedicated mobile app may be added in a future version.
Is Eventyca GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Data is stored in EU data centres. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request. Audience members can be deleted on request to comply with the GDPR right to erasure.
Can I use Eventyca in Croatian?
Yes. Click the language toggle in the top-right corner of the app to switch between English and Croatian. Each team member can set their own language preference independently.
